The cost of return is charged to the customer where it is 4.5€ with shipping exclusively by ELTA courier.

Otherwise, if you wish to be shipped by another company, the entire shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

The returned product must be in its original condition, without removing the product's special markings (protectors, tags, labels), and it must not have undergone any processing (washing, processing). All additional product accessories eg extra buttons must be included when returning.

In the event of a defective product, the company undertakes to resend a corresponding or other product of the same or lower value, with a transport charge to the company.

For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns on swimwear and jewellery, unless they are faulty.
